ARE THERE MAKE UP LESSONS FOR ILLNESS & VACATIONS?
We will make every effort to provide makeup lessons. However, options are available. If you know your child is going to be ill for an extended period of time, or you are planning a vacation, you may give up your time and go into a “first priority waiting list”. As soon as you are ready to come back into lessons, let me know, and the next available time slot will be offered to you. If I have someone on the waiting list for “update” lessons  I can often give you back your original time slot. With this procedure, you do not pay tuition and your instructor is not standing idle in the water. If you choose to have your spot held, you may do so by continuing to pay your tuition. If you have paid for the time --- it is yours. If a child is ill for a day or two, most parents choose to have their spot held. It is important for you to watch your child’s health during lessons. I offer one free FUNDAY OR AQUABABIES class for children who have missed lessons.

MISSED LESSONS
Please understand that you are paying for a weekly time slot regardless of the number of times your child is able to attend. If you cannot attend a lesson at your regularly scheduled time, please give me as much notice as possible. I will make every effort to offer another time slot for the same day, if possible. In the event that a lesson is canceled by the instructor due to weather or due to instructor illness, you will not be charged. No credit is given for missed lessons unless cancelled by the instructor for weather of instructor illness. If your child becomes ill or you have a family emergency, please let me know ASAP so scheduling arrangements can be made. Every attempt will be made to hold your time slot or to reschedule another slot that is convenient for you.

CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER
As the pool is an outdoor pool, lessons will be canceled if inclement weather is in the area. Rain is not a cause for cancellation, lightning is!
